How do I change my account's password?

You can change your password by following the steps below:

1. Log into your Pureflow account and click on 'My Account' submenu present on right corner of your screen.

2. Click the edit icon on 'Login & Security' section.

3. Click the 'Change Password' link. The 'Change password' section will appear below 'Login & Security' section.

How to order?

To place an order please follow these steps :

1. Select the product that you wish to buy and check availability of the product.

2. Add the product to your cart and hit ‘Checkout’ on ‘My Shopping Cart’ page.

3. Choose the appropriate shipping address or Add new shipping address.

4. Use a preferred payment mode and ‘Place Order’.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

An email will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. You can also track your orders by visiting ‘Order Status’ page from the footer.

How do I cancel my order?

The order will be cancelled only if the PureFlow admin cancels your order.

What credit cards do you accept?

You can choose to pay with any AmericanExpress, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, DinersClub cards.

How do I make payments using Paypal?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website and be sure to fill in correct details for fast payment processing. After completing the payment process you will be redirected back to the Pureflow website.

What are your payment terms?

You can either pay with your Debit/Credit cards or through PayPal account.

How can I contact customer service?

Click on ‘Contact Us’ icon from the header and then fill out the form to contact the customer service.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You can also track your orders by visiting ‘Order Status’ page from the footer. Enter the nine digit Order id and your Email id to view the tracking details.

What are standard shipping speeds?

Standard shipping requires at least 4 - 6 days from the date of your order.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

Click on ‘Contact Us’ icon from the header and then fill out the form to contact the customer support.
